Eni Mini Miny Mo…where to buy the E-cig?

Posted August 15th, 2011 in News by Steve

Here in the Land of Oz, we are unable to purchase these ecigs at proper shops. They sell them at weekend markets or through the internet. Let me discuss about the market vendors selling electronic cigarettes first. The products sold at markets are inferior quality. The vendors are not permanently there and if you have a problem and/or something breaks down, you have to wait for the weekend (if you are lucky and they are there).

There is no consistency or accountability for these sellers. They are probably not even a legitimate business. I encountered one from a western Sydney market. I took their business card and when I got home, I tried to call them. No answer couldn’t even leave a message on the phone. I tried to check the website on the business card, no such thing. After taking my money, they can just disappear? I’m sure there are market vendors that are legitimate. Just be careful.

Here are some helpful tips in choosing the website to purchase your ecig from:

  1. Look for money back guarantee. If you are able to return the product (very rare in Australia) for whatever reason, that means they are selling high quality products.
  2. Use Paypal. Paypal gives the buyer protection from bogus sellers. Paypal will get your money back if you don’t get the product or the product that you bought is not as described.
  3. The website must have a telephone number. Not only that, make sure they answer or return telephone calls when you leave a message.
  4. Make sure that the products they are selling are compatible with each other just in case you want to try a different model. Some ecigs use the same battery but different atomizer and vice versa. This gives you a greater chance to experiment and choose the best e-cig that best suits you.
  5. Make sure you are comfortable with the company you are choosing. 99% of the time, the ecigs are not compatible. You cannot buy the ecigs from one website and the cartridges from another.
  6. Referrals from friends and family are always best. If you know someone that uses electronic cigarettes, ask them where they got it from and if they are happy with the product as well as the services. If your curiosity was raised by a stranger on the street using ecigs, ask them. All the e-cigarette users that I know of love talking about their toy/playmate/ best friend or whatever they call it.

I personally use the EGO from healthecigarette.com.au. They have great products and they give great service (they answer their telephone calls too).
